About this Event

Singapore's most spectacular Mid-Autumn celebration returns to Gardens by the Bay from 12 to 27 September 2026, with the gardens glowing nightly from 6pm to 10pm. Admission to the outdoor lantern displays is free. What to see Seven themed lantern installations light up the gardens this year, following the story of Fenbao and her friends — spread across the Golden Garden, Supertree Grove, Bayfront Plaza and Dragonfly Lake, and capped by the Colonnade of Lights with 1,000 hand-painted lanterns. The Supertrees join in with specially choreographed Mid-Autumn light shows. Beyond the lanterns The festival Marketplace serves street food and drinks alongside carnival games and family rides (charges apply for games and rides). A craft corner runs on selected dates (fees apply). The finale weekend goes out big: the Singapore Big Flag Championship runs 1pm to 7.30pm on 27 September, followed by a Dragon Dance at 7.30pm.
