Editorial Policy

ParentLah exists to give Singapore parents accurate, practical information with real numbers. This page explains how our content is produced, checked, and kept up to date.

How We Research

Figures on costs, subsidies, grants and deadlines are checked against official sources — government agencies such as MOE, MSF, ECDA, CPF Board and IRAS — and we link to those sources where possible. Where official numbers don't exist (for example, typical enrichment class prices), we state that the figures are market estimates.

Updates and Accuracy

Schemes and prices in Singapore change often. Articles display their publish date and, when revised, a “last updated” date. If you spot something out of date, please tell us via our contact page and we will review and correct it.

Independence and Monetisation

ParentLah is funded by advertising and some affiliate links. If you buy something through an affiliate link, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you — articles containing affiliate links carry a disclosure at the top. Advertisers and affiliate partners do not influence our rankings, comparisons or recommendations, and we do not publish paid placements presented as editorial content.

How We Write

Our guides are produced by the ParentLah editorial team — Singapore parents ourselves. We use research and drafting tools, including AI assistance, to help compile information, and every published guide is grounded in the official sources above. Author information appears on each article.

Corrections

When we get something wrong, we fix the article and refresh its “last updated” date. For significant factual errors, we note the correction in the article itself. Report errors to [email protected].

Ownership

ParentLah is owned and operated by Adaptels Pte. Ltd., a technology company registered in Singapore.
